Which schools do you pick up from?
We pick up from 16 area schools across The Colony and surrounding districts. See the pickup list page for the current roster, or call the academy for confirmation on your specific school.
Is transportation included?
Yes. Pickup transportation from designated schools is included in the program. No add-on fees for the ride.
How do I enroll?
Enrollment, pricing, and scheduling for After School Care are handled at thecolonysbestafterschool.com. The full program lives on that site.
Do you accept CCS?
Yes. We accept CCS (Child Care Services) for qualifying families. Contact the academy or visit the after-school site for the current process.
Are your staff background-checked?
Yes. All after-school staff are Level-2 background-checked. We are the first Jiu Jitsu School in Texas certified in child care.
Does my child have to do martial arts?
Daily martial arts instruction is built into the program day. It is included, not an add-on, and it is a core reason the program develops kids the way it does.
What about homework time?
Yes, there is dedicated homework time with adult oversight every afternoon. Kids who arrive with homework leave with most or all of it finished.
What hours does the program run?
