A Fitness Program That Adapts to Your Goal.
Total Body Fitness and Nutrition is led by Coach Tony, an ISSA Master Trainer credentialed across personal training, strength and conditioning, exercise therapy, nutrition, bodybuilding, and group fitness. The program covers a wide range of training modalities so that the work matches the goal, not a one-size-fits-all template.
Modalities include HIIT, kickboxing, boxing, battle ropes, powerlifting, bodybuilding, and strongman. Group classes are structured but adapt to who is in the room. One-on-one personal training and nutrition coaching are available for clients who want a fully customized program.
The class is open to adults at any starting fitness level. Scaling is built into every session. You will not be asked to keep pace with a trained athlete on day one.

Coach Tony is an ISSA Master Trainer (Personal Trainer, Exercise Therapist, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Nutritionist, Bodybuilding Specialist, and Group Fitness Instructor). He trains HIIT, kickboxing, boxing, battle ropes, powerlifting, bodybuilding, and strongman, and offers one-on-one personal training plus nutrition coaching.
