These terms describe the relationship between you and Carlos Machado Jiu Jitsu - The Colony. By participating in our classes or signing up for our trial, you agree to the conditions below.
Memberships
Memberships are billed monthly with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice (email or in person) and you will not be billed for the next cycle.
Free Trial Class
The introductory trial class is free and requires no payment to reserve. The trial does not auto-convert to a membership. After your trial class the instructor will share specific feedback and walk you through your options if you choose to continue. You are under no obligation to enroll.
Liability
Martial arts training carries inherent physical risk. Students are required to sign a liability waiver before training. The waiver is reviewed at the front desk on the first visit, and we will answer any questions before you sign.
Code of Conduct
We expect every student, parent, and visitor to treat the staff, the other members, and the space with respect. Behavior that endangers others or that disrupts the training environment is grounds for termination of membership without refund.
