Questions About Visiting and Reaching Us.
What is the best way to reach you?
Calling or texting (214) 494-6111 is the fastest way to reach us and get a direct answer during business hours. We answer the phone live Monday through Friday from 9am to 8:30pm and Saturday from 8am to 2pm. If you prefer not to call, the contact form on this page goes directly to our front desk and is typically answered within one to two hours during the day. Text messages to the same number are monitored throughout business hours and usually receive a reply faster than the form. If you have a time-sensitive question, calling is always the best option.
Do I need an appointment to visit?
No appointment is needed to walk in, watch a class, or speak with someone on the staff. Walk-ins are welcome any time during business hours. If you want to train on your first visit rather than observe, calling ahead gives us a few minutes to have a uniform ready in your size and make sure there is space in the right class for you. Showing up unannounced to observe is completely fine and many families choose to do that before making any decisions.
What should I bring on my first visit?
If you plan to observe, you do not need to bring anything at all. If you are ready to train, wear or bring comfortable athletic clothes, a water bottle, and nothing else. Training happens barefoot on the mat. Leave the gear shopping until after you have decided to continue. We will give you a specific, clear list of what to purchase and where to get it at a fair price when that time comes.
Where do I park?
Free parking is available in the lot directly in front of the building at 5201 S Colony Blvd #575. The lot typically has ample space during the day and in the early evening. On busy Saturday mornings when multiple classes run close together, overflow parking is available along the east side of the building and on the adjacent street. The entrance is clearly marked with signage above the door. If you are having trouble finding us, call (214) 494-6111 and we will walk you in by phone.
Is the academy easy to find?
Yes. The academy is at 5201 S Colony Blvd #575, The Colony, TX 75056. Entering the address into any navigation app will bring you directly to the parking lot. If you are coming for the first time and feel unsure, a quick call to (214) 494-6111 takes thirty seconds and we will confirm you are on track.
What hours are you open?
The academy is open weekly. Hours may vary on major holidays. Follow our Facebook and Instagram pages for real-time updates, or call before visiting on holiday weekends.
How quickly do you respond to messages?
Contact form submissions and text messages are typically answered within one to two hours during business hours. Calls during open hours are answered live. If you call outside of business hours, leave a voicemail and we will return the call on the next business day, usually in the morning. We do not use automated responses. When you hear back from us, it will be a real person on the staff who can actually answer your question. If your question is time-sensitive, calling during business hours is always the most reliable path.
Can I tour the academy before signing up?
Tours are available any time during business hours with no appointment required. Walk in and tell the person at the front desk that you would like to see the facility before making a decision. They will show you the mat area, the viewing space for parents, the locker rooms, and the rest of the facility. You are also welcome to watch a live class from the observation area. Seeing the instruction quality and the culture in person is the fastest way to decide if this is the right fit. We do not give tours and then push for a commitment on the spot. Come in, look around, and take the time you need.
The Next Step Takes Two Minutes.
